All good, quite expensive for service quality.

Very rushed service. I arrived 10 minutes late, but the service was absolutely not worth €62. I went home with cuticles still needing work, no scrub, no hand massage, nothing. The therapist was very nice and kind, and I understand that she may not be very experienced, which is fine. The fault is not hers, but rather with the owners, who allow a full manicure with gel polish to be booked only 45 minutes before closing time. I will not be back.

We truly understand your point of view, and we kindly ask for your understanding as well. You arrived approximately 15 minutes late for your appointment, which unfortunately can affect and delay other scheduled clients.
We had asked whether it would be possible to move your appointment to the following day, as our staff member needed to leave on time and was unable to stay longer. However, you preferred not to reschedule for the next day.
We clearly explained that we only had an additional 30 minutes available, and within that time we did everything we could to assist you as best as possible.
In the Netherlands, punctuality for appointments is considered very important, as it helps us provide good service to all clients. We sincerely hope that next time you will be able to arrive on time.

Super fijne ervaring! De styliste was super aardig en dacht mee met wat het beste bij me paste. Mijn haar ziet er weer fris en levendig uit. Zeker een aanrader om je haren hier te laten doen!
